I have a burrrr

Will has been sick the past couple days.

I told him he had a cold. He was explaining to Parker why he couldn't walk him to school:

"I sorry I not walk you to your school because I have a burrrr"

Crocodile Hunter

Will just laid down for a nap. Before I left his room we got to chatting. I thought this a funny conversation tidbit:

Will: "You hab wong hair." (As he tried to brush my bangs out of my face he said,) "It won't stay!"
Mom: "I know, I need a hair cut."
Will: "Yike Annie Ann?" (we have talked in the past...the last time I got my haircut...about getting it like Annie Ann's.)
Mom: "Maybe so."
Will: "Annie Ann wrestles crocodiles."
Mom: "What?"
Will: "Annie Ann can get dem (them)."
Mom: "Wow, where does she wrestle crocodiles...in the jungle?"
Will: "No, in the porest (forest)."
Mom: "Of course. How does she wrestle the alligators?"
Will: "CROCODILES! She waps (wraps) them up wit her hair. She has strong muscles too."
Mom: "wow."
Will: "I can help her. I a good helper."

Quotable Quips

So, here are some sayings that I hear on a daily (sometimes hourly) basis...I'll just add to this post as I remember them.

WILL

-"Nice try bad guy"

50 Million Years

This morning at breakfast Parker said, "I wish Nana and Pops could stay for 50 million years."

Later on when Will was going down for a nap he said, "Nana and Pops come here in a little while? After my nap?"

We are thankful they made it safely back to Arkansas, but we really miss them!

Super Powers a/k/a Super Tricks

With all the SUPERS in and around town the last few days, there has been some recent discussion about each others' super powers. When asked, "What are your super powers?", Will answered:
"I eat monster apples"














"I be three at my birthday"

"I have super tricks"

"I good bacumn" (that is, he's good at vacumning)

Will also mentioned, "I a good reader."

When Parker was asked, "What are your super powers?"

P answered: "I don't really have any super powers. One time a long long time ago, I tried to fly off the rock in our front yard, but there wasn't enough wind. I do have pretty big eyes...so I probably have super vision and even if I look straight I can see out both eyes sideways. It is really a super power because I can actually see off both sides."

Interviewer: "So, you have peripheral vision?"

Parker: "Yes, super peripheral vision."

"Hard to Steer"

This morning Will took a tumble down the stairs and discovered, "it's hard to steer down the stairs." Gotta give it to him for that one;)
