Prince "Charm"

This afternoon the neighborhood kids put on a play in the garage next door. Evidently, "Prince Charm", Parker's character in the play, needed a nice 70's 2T evening jacket with brown velvet lapels (thanks Annie Ann!:) Here are some pictures from not only Parker's first play, but his first dance too...(dancing partner was Mia)

Camping @ Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park

We had a gorgeous time camping this past weekend. We got to "Sprague Lake" (near Estes Park) a bit earlier than the other family we were camping with so there was some time to kill.

Parker and Will spent it goofing off and practicing their pole vaulting skills....

After my quiet walk with the amazing surroundings...I came back to the campsite to find this: (Will in a crabby mood on 8 hours sleep...as opposed to his normal 10-12):

So, to boost morale we took a hike on the "cub lake" trail and stuck our feet in the snow melt creek:

Will refused to take off his "camping pj's" and chose to hike in them:

Good time was had by all. Can't wait to go again.

New Cousin Baby Kaiya

Parker and Will are new big boy cousins to baby Kaiya.... aka little sister to Josie Shuler and baby girl to Alaina and John! She came in at 8lbs 2ozs.......Kaiya Ann and mommy are doing great! Dee, Annie Ann and Uncle Patty were there to greet her arrival.....

Will's First Swim Lesson

Will has literally been waiting on the sidelines for his first chance at "swim class". Here are some pictures from his first session.....

Pole Vaulting with the Stars...

Tonight at Track and Field...Parker was instructed by both the Female and Male CO State Pole Vault record holders. The kids, of course, knew no difference and had a great time. Here are some pics.

He also ran a mile (he prefers to call it "four times around"). His time: 12min, 06 sec. ;) I don't think I could comprehend what a mile was until Jr. High. He is proud to say the least.

Tyrannosaur-Will turns 3!
